CAN I STILL ENJOY A BEER AFTER A LONG WEEK?

This programme is not at all restrictive. I understand that working these hours come with enough restrictions as it is. The programme will develop a positive understanding of nutrition and life choices. So the answer to the question is Yes, you can enjoy a beer and still achieve your goals.

HOW MUCH EXERCISE WILL I NEED TO DO?

Regular exercise provides the best outcome when trying to lose weight. I would recommend  3 to 4 workouts per week. However, this isn't really something to be concerned about. Working awkward hours can make routines really difficult. This is perfectly fine and will be programmed accordingly.

HOW WILL THE PROGRAMME WORK?

The programme will be Online format.
Following our consultation and your decision to subscribe to this incredibly valuable programme. You will be given a breakdown of your starting point, highlighting objectives specific to achieving your 12-week goal. From experience, I have found that the initial goal often evolves throughout the 12 weeks, as the client progresses. That is where my coaching comes into its own, working with the client to make the necessary adjustments to best succeed.
