What is Family Fitcamp?
It's a family-friendly, community-orientated health and fitness group.
Family needn't mean relatives or siblings. The group itself is a Family.
A family of people with the goal of making positive health and lifestyle changes.
Our mission is to make health and fitness a fun, social and engaging experience for people of all ages and abilities.
A place for confidence and self-esteem to thrive.
Getting fit and active with members of your family encourages greater relationships.
Benefiting from helping each other accomplish physical challenges and learning a more effective way of communication.
What do I need to do now?
If you haven't joined the Facebook Group already, click the link below to join.
Here you will find your extra workouts, updates on group information and a safe space to share your wins and accomplishments. You can also ask any questions you may have that is relevant to the group.
I only ask that the comments or post shared are in line with the values and ethics of a family friendly environment, harassment, indecent behaviour or any type of misconduct will not be tolerated.
Although, I'm sure that this will not be an issue.
Before attending your first Fitcamp session, It is necessary to complete a Pre-Activity Readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q)
Click the link above to complete this form.
(I will have some printed copies to hand before the session)
Important Information
April's Time Table

April's Time Table
During the 4 week block in April the weekly sessions will kick off place every Monday @ 7pm sharp.
* I appreciate that the 18th is Easter Monday and that many will be on holiday's. An alternative date that week can be an option.
** The monthly workshop will be held in the Crynant Community Centre and the date and time will be arranged shortly.
What should I bring with me to each session?
Essentials:
It's important that you bring something to drink. Ideally not a G&T although I'm not one to judge. Water or squash is recommended.
A pair of trainers with plenty of grip. The session will take place mostly on the field, this can get very slippery even when the weather is dry.
Appropriate clothing for the forecast weather conditions.
A Smile and a sense of humour ;D
What if the weather's bad?
Sessions will go ahead unless people's safety is compromised.
As it is the summer months, weather conditions should be fairly consistent and good.
If thunder and lightning is forecast then the session will be cancelled.
There will be no rearrangement or refund for any sessions cancelled for unsafe weather conditions.
If I have any questions I want to ask?
Whenever possible ask the question in the Facebook Group. Some of my past and present clients are in this group and are more than capable of answering some of your questions. I would say that they would be more capable than me in some cases, as they have experienced the coaching programmes in more detail.
For anything more personal or complex, don't hesitate to contact me via Facebook Messenger.
